Il nominativo Speciale II1CAM, viene attivato per celebrare i cento anni dell'aeroporto di Cameri polo Logistico e Tecnologico dell'Aeronautica Militare, nonchè culla dell'aviazione Pionieristica Italiana, e soprattutto per ricordare tutto il personale che per tutti questi anni ha operato con dedizione e passione rendendo unica la base camerese. Nei suoi 100 anni di storia l’aeroporto di Cameri ha visto rullare sulle proprie piste moltissimi aeroplani, dall’inizio con la “Gabarda”,all’ F104 Starfighter al Tornado, all’ultimo Eurofighter Typhoon; e pensando al futuro con il JSF F35.

Ai prossimi 100 ANNI sempre looking to the future.

The special name II1CAM has been activated to celebrate the centenary of the airport of Cameri (logistic and technologic pole of the Military Aeronautic).

We want to remember all the people who have operated in these years with dedication and passion making unique the base of Cameri.

Cameri is really the cradle of the pioneer Italian aviation.

In the first 100 years of history the airport of Cameri has seen to roll on its runways numerous aircrafts from the “Gabarda” to the “F104 Starfighter” to the “Tornado” to the latest “Eurofighter Typhoon” and… thinking to the future to the “JSF F35”.
